Pearl Millet Puttu Making:-

Clean and Natural Millets are soaked overnight. Soaked Millets are then dried in Natural sunlight for hours before its roasted. The roasted Millets are rested for few hours, then its grinded into flour. The flour is rested for few hours and then roasted again. The puttu flour is further rested before its packed into pouches. 

There are more than 70% of Millets in the mix, making it a very healthy way to consume Millet.

PREPARATION METHOD

Add sufficient salt in Pearl puttu podi and mix it well. Sprinkle water until it gets wet and keep it for 5 minutes. Mix it well and transfer into a funnel (puttu maker) with coconut gratings layer by layer as shown in the photograph on the front side of the pack. Place the maker on a pressure cooker / Steaming vessel and steam for 3-5 minute until steam escape through the holes of the funnel. push the cake from the funnel and serve hot with plantain/curry/ chutney/sugar

STORAGE CONDITION:

Store in a clean and dry place, free from moisture, humidity, insects, pests and dust, check if the seal is intact before use. Keep the packet always closed and refrigerate once open. Keep away form direct sunlight.
