What is Fresh On The Go Grocery?

Fresh On The Go Grocery is an online grocery store offering dry grocery items and more, delivered directly to your door.

How do I create an account?
     Click on the "Sign Up" button at the top-right corner of the website and follow the instructions to register.
Products & Availability What types of products do you sell?
     We offer a wide range of products, including Rice, Dhal, Millets and household essentials.
How do I check if a product is in stock?

      Poducts with availability will show a green "In Stock" label. Out-of-stock items are marked as unavailable.

Can I request items not listed on the website?
     Yes, you can suggest products by contacting our customer service team.
Ordering & Delivery How do I place an order?

        Browse the website, add items to your cart, and click "Checkout" to place your order.

What are your delivery options?
       We offer free delivery, Paided delivery, and pickup services. Delivery times depend on your location.
       We have two options for delivery.
1.    Fresh On The Go Delivery.
2.   Canada Post.


Fresh On The Go Delivery
      Its free home delivery no minimum order required but delivery dates will be depend upon the locations.
I f you place your order before Friday  we’ll ensure it will be delivered over the weekend.

Delivery Order:The delivery date mentioned below is an approximate date. 
We will send an ETA 12hrs before the delivery.
The tracking email will be sent from service@freshonthegogrocery.ca mail ID.
Delivery options and costs for apartment or condo type house.

There will be an extra cost for the delivery its depend upon the size and weight which will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
How do I track my order?

You can track your order in the “My Orders” section of your account or through a tracking link sent via email.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards or cash on delivery (in selected areas).
Can I cancel or modify my order?

Yes, you can cancel or modify orders within 10 hours of placing them or 24hrs before the delivery. Visit the “My Orders” section or contact support for assistance.

What is your return policy?
If an item is damaged, missing, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to request a refund or replacement.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Click on “Forgot Password?” on the login page and follow the instructions to reset your password.

How do I update my delivery address?
Go to the “Account Settings” section of your profile to make changes to your personal information.
Please update before placing the orders. If you need to change the address after placing the orders.

Do you offer discounts or promo codes?

Yes, check our “Deals & Offers” page or subscribe to our newsletter for the latest promotions.

Can I earn rewards for shopping?

Yes, join our loyalty program to earn points on every purchase and redeem them for discounts.

Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes, we provide discounts for bulk orders. Contact us for more details.
When Will I receive my Order?
You will receive an Delivery Date in the invoice email. Delivery may be preponed or postponed if the weather is poor on the day of delivery or other unforeseen circumstances, this will be duly notified in our WhatsApp group or communicated through email.
Our system calculates this estimated date considering the total amount of time to process your order including packaging, transit time to the delivery provider, and transit time to the delivery address.

Zone 1: Following locations are scheduled for weekly delivery. Order must be placed on or before Friday to get delivered over the weekend (Approximate Delivery Date will be posted on the Cart)

What happens on the day of delivery?

If the delivery address provided is an apartment our delivery team will attempt to contact 5 mins earlier at the telephone number provided in your order. If you opt for delivery at the lobby you can arrive at the lobby to collect the item. Deliveries will be made between the hours of 8am and 11pm on the delivery day we have provided. The delivery team will make every effort to deliver within the time window provided. You can join our WhatsApp group to get the delivery updates.

What happens if the delivery team is not able to contact you on the day of delivery?
a) If the residential unit is an apartment, ordered package would be placed at the flat/suite's-doorstep with an additional service charge or delivery will be postponed to next delivery date. (You can choose this preference while ordering).
b) If the residential unit is house, ordered package would be placed at the doorstep with no additional cost.
