How to Use Mapillai Samba Chapati Mix
Ingredients:
Mapillai Samba Chapati Mix – 1 cup
Hot water – as needed to form a soft dough
Salt – to taste (optional)
Oil or ghee – 1 tsp (optional for softer texture)
Method:
Mix the Flour:
Add 1 cup of Mapillai Samba Chapati Mix into a mixing bowl. Add a pinch of salt if desired.Add Hot Water Gradually:
Pour in hot water little by little and mix with a spoon or spatula (initially). Once slightly cool, knead it into a smooth, soft dough.Rest the Dough:
