  • Water – 2 cups

  • Salt – to taste

  • Buttermilk – ½ cup (optional, after cooling)

  • Optional: Chopped shallots, curry leaves, or coriander for flavor

Steps:

  1. Add the mix to water and stir well to avoid lumps.

  2. Cook on medium flame for 10–15 minutes until it becomes soft and porridge-like.

  3. Add salt to taste.

  4. Let it cool slightly, then add buttermilk if desired.

Ingredients:
