Murukku Flour Mix 500 gm
Ingredients: Murukku Flour is made from a combination of ground rice flour and urad dal flour.
It is often mixed with water, salt, asafoetida, and sesame seeds when preparing the murukku dough.
Ease of use: This ready-made flour mix is designed for easy preparation,
allowing you to create the traditional South Indian snack at home with minimal effort.
Cooking Direction:
Take 500 g of Murukku Flour and add 50g Butter with 1/2 teaspoon ajwain or sesame and mix well.
Add sufficient water and Salt to prepare dough and knead it well till it becomes soft and non sticky dough. By using Murukku Press prepare a spiral shaped coil on a glossy paper or on Bananaleaf.
Heat cooking oil in a frying pan and gently drop the prepare murukku into the frying oil till it turns light brown colour. Take out the fried Murukku and drain the oil. Now your delicious and crunchy Murukku is ready.
